GEREKLİ BELGELER
1. Lisans ve/veya yüksek lisans diplomasının Türkçe veya İngilizceye çevrilmiş Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçilikleri/Konsolosluklarından veya noterden onaylı diploma fotokopisi, denklik belgesi ya da Apostil'e taraf olan ülkeler için Apostil mührü, taraf olmayan ülkeler için ise Dışişleri Bakanlığı onayı, lisans veya yüksek lisans diploması almamış son yarıyıl adayların mezun olacakları tarihi gösteren, öğrenim görmekte olduğu yükseköğretim kurumu tarafından verilen resmi bir belge,
2. Lisans / yüksek lisans transkriptin Türkçe veya İngilizceye çevrilmiş Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçilikleri/Konsolosluklarından veya noterden onaylı fotokopisi, Apostil'e taraf olan ülkeler için Apostil mührü, taraf olmayan ülkeler için ise Dışişleri Bakanlığı onayı,
3. Kimlik belgesinin veya pasaportun kimlik ile ilgili sayfasının fotokopisi,
4. 1 adet vesikalık fotoğraf,
5. Bir adet referans mektubu (lisans eğitiminde ders aldığı öğretim üyelerinden),
6. Özgeçmiş
7. Varsa yabancı dil/Türkçe dil yeterliliğini gösterir belge,
8. YÖK onaylı okul tanıma belgesi,
9. Talep eden Anabilim Dalları için Niyet Mektubu
10. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu’ndan Genel Sağlık Sigortası (GSS) yaptırmak / To have General Health Insurance (GSS(tr) GHI(eng)) from the Social Security Institution of the Republic of Turkey
Special Warning for General Health Insurance (GSS(tr) GHI(eng)):
Bu işlemin yapılması yasal bir zorunluluk olup Türkiye’ye giriş tarihinden itibaren 3 ay içerisinde yaptırılmalıdır. Yaptırmayan adayların kaydı silinecektir. This is a legal obligation and must be done within 3 months from the date of entry into TÜRKİYE. Candidates who do not do so will be deregistered.
Necessary Documents For International Students Registration Application:
1. A copy of the bachelor's and/or master's degree diploma, translated into Turkish or English and certified by the Embassies/Consulates of the Republic of Turkey or a notary public, equivalency certificate or Apostille stamp for countries that are parties to the Apostille Convention, or approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for countries that are not parties to the Convention, an official document issued by the higher education institution where the applicant is studying, indicating the date of graduation for applicants who have not yet received their bachelor's or master's degree,
2. A photocopy of the bachelor's/master's transcript, translated into Turkish or English and certified by the Turkish Embassy/Consulate or a notary public, with an Apostille stamp for countries that are parties to the Apostille Convention, or approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for countries that are not parties to the Apostille Convention,
3. A photocopy of the identity page of the identity card or passport,
4. One passport-sized photograph,
5. One reference letter (from faculty members who taught the applicant during their undergraduate studies),
6. Curriculum vitae
7. If available, a document proving foreign language/Turkish language proficiency,
8. YÖK-approved school recognition certificate,
9. Letter of Intent for the requested Departments
10. General Health Insurance (GSS) from the Social Security Institution of the Republic of Turkey
Special Warning for General Health Insurance (GSS(tr) GHI(eng)):
This is a legal requirement and must be completed within 3 months of entering Turkey.
